The use of video at depositions has increased significantly in the last 5 years. Video allows you to not only capture the answers of a deponent, but also better understand their physical state, evaluate their body language, and share their emotional response to each question asked.

Mock Jury

Neves Media has experience in assembling and running of a mock jury, so you can test the waters in your case prior to mediation or trial. We’ll coordinate the participants, present the cases in a variety of formats, and video the entire event so you can get a better idea of how the issues in the case will be received.

Case Documentary

The Case Documentary is a production that summarizes the case and includes interviews with affected family and friends to help better explain the true nature of the accident or injury, and the resulting lifestyle changes -- physical and social impacts -- to the victim and their family. This video can be provided to defense counsel to compel settlement or be used in mediation and trial. All Neves Media projects are shot in High Definition, with professional grade Canon equipment. Our staff receives continuous training to ensure that we’re always producing top quality products for our customers.

Day in the Life

The Day in the Life video is a professionally produced video product for use at trial or mediation that puts a face to your client's struggles, draws emotion, and helps detail the dramatic catastrophe that can be the cause of a serious personal injury case. We will document the activities that a person copes with every day, such as getting ready in the morning, moving about, attending physical therapy sessions, dining, and getting in and out of bed. Our team of videographers will work with counsel on all aspects of pre- and post-production needs, to ensure that your case is presented in the best way possible. Again, all Neves Media projects are shot in High Definition with professional grade Canon equipment.
